Pay- it forward
We offer bursary places for East African citizens as part of our commitment to accessibility in the region. You’re welcome to support this by sponsoring a place, partially or fully, for someone else, whether or not you’re attending yourself. When you send your payment for the course just let us know how many seats you are buying for yourself (whether its the EAs standard or abundant rate) and how much your donation amount is on top of that. Also let us know whether you have a specific person in mind, or whether you would like us to nominate the recipient on your behalf. You can contribute partially or completely, and there is no cap to the amount of bursary seats you can purchase. There is of course, also no pressure to participate either!
Future Experiences
We know that some of you have a preference for an in -person gathering. For those for whom an online course is not the right fit, we are also planning a retreat/ workshop experience in April/May. There will likely be other offerings in the mix as well. To be kept in the loop regarding our future plans please join this whatsapp group. We recommend turning off your notifications on whatsapp in general for healthy usage, and please feel free to leave any time.
OUR MODULES IN DETAIL
Every Class is a mix of science and practise. We believe that including the ‘how’ and ‘why’ is incredibly empowering in understanding our bodies.
Every class is 75 minutes. For those who have time and extra questions, we also are happy to stay on after each class to cover additional questions.
We recommend you try some take- home practices to explore in the week before the next class. We have a whatsapp group where we encourage feedback and questions regarding how that practise is going.
